This includes sorting out the connections for the WebEx, not easy, and Carla holding the fort on her own when Louise’s flight was cancelled by the storms. The pair of them worked well together and mixed easily with the group. I received many positive comments on the quality of the interpretation, including from the Spanish speakers listening in via the WebEx. A number also commented on Carla’s lovely Scottish accent when she was interpreting back to English, which I passed on to her during one of the breaks.”
